For the avoidance of doubt, the User may have to respond correctly to a series of questions to demonstrate learning. LFA is and will remain the owner of all intellectual property attached to these courses unless they come from a third party or partners. The fee(s) charged by LFA are exclusively for the use of the platform by the Users and they are not reimbursable in any case, including but not limited to the User not succeeding in demonstrating learning through quizzes, exams, essays, or any other form of evaluation.
4. User Eligibility
You must be of minimum legal age in order to use our Service. By using our Service, You represent that You are of above 18 years old and with complete legal capacity to enter a binding contract. You shall not use the Service impersonating someone else or with false or misleading data, or in any form that may create confusion or provide a false portrayal of factual identification.
To ensure a safe and trustworthy Service, Users hereby agree to go through a verification process aimed at authenticating their identity. The verification process may include but not be limited to provision and review of official identifications and any other data point that LFA considers necessary from time to time. The Users shall notify LFA immediately after any relevant change to their identification details.

LFA endeavors to create or source the idoneous and up-to-date educational material or training possible, delivered in a manner that is accessible, endearing, and practical. Nevertheless, it is not possible to guarantee its results on the User as every individual learns in different ways. Moreover, LFA does not guarantee that educational institutions, authorities, or employers will recognize the document attesting completion of the course(s) offered by LFA.
12. Governing Law Regarding the Service
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Disputes Regarding the Service
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if a User breaches the Terms.
